January-March *8 classes * 6:00-6:45 A combination of Mixed Aerial Aerial Silks are two tails of fabric hung from a single aerial point. Aerial Hammock is a single length of fabric hung by its loose ends at a single aerial point, like a swing. Aerial Hoop is a metal hoop hung vertically from a single aerial point. Students will have a choice of which apparatuses to work with each day. Students learn the techniques to safely wrap , and twist into beautiful shapes, while building strength Students of all levels are welcome and lessons will be accommodated to meet and challenge each individual in a safe, creative, fun and encouraging environment.
