12 classes | 90 minutes | Thursdays 5:00-6:30pm An hour an half of aerial hoop training followed by Acro technique. Proper technique and progressions are taught to safely learn how to climb, wrap and perform skills on aerial hammock and silks, and develop the grace, strength and endurance to grow as a performer and athlete.
